See my previous thread here and Soundguys suggestions. They were right on.
Hope the pics work. I tried to compress the pics so that dial up folks can access.
Trying to show procedure to replace pin in a place that it is not readily apparent how to get at it.
first pic shows the tractor well supported with bunks and a jack stand, tire off,
next is a closeup of pin broken off below housing level
then the new pin with nuts
then the pin inside the trumpet. This is an 8N so the trumpet holds the axle thruout the procedure, thus no fooling around with constant gasket sizechanges Ford did

More pics
first shows copper wire for insurance. Cotter pin may be better, but there's no moving parts here
then next:The castle nut is torqued to 125 ft lbs, but you don't want it coming off. Eric had quite a job holding the trumpet while I manned the torque wrench
next a bead of permatex. I guess I might wear suspenders and a belt, but I hate a leak, whether it's machinery or plumbing
next, you don't want to snap off these, so "farmer tight" can stretch the studs and weaken them. Torque wrench is best

Git er done
first pic: The nut that holds the lift arm on is a type of lock nut with the outer threads cut out of round so that they take torque to put on after a couple of normal turns. After the first couple of turns it starts to feel like the nut is cross threaded, but that's what holds it on. I put on never seize
2nd:Fender on
Last: Rim on, torqued to 125 ft lbs also.
Turned out it was a good opportunity to adjust the brakes and change the oil.\
Put new hydraulic oil in, and job done.
