Hi,
I have a problem with the actuator on my Kubota BX2750 snowblower and I'm hoping someone has a suggestion for solving this. I think the problem is a fairly simple one, but I'm not exactly an electrical whiz kid.
Last season I mounted and wired a switch for controlling the vertical action of the chute, and it worked great all year. This year, I installed the snowblower on the tractor, hooked up the connections and tried it. The actuator went down into its lowest position and that was all she wrote. It would not respond to any power from the switch. I checked for power from the switch to the trailer type connector end and that was fine. When I reconnect the trailer connector from the snowblower, there's nothing.
So I thought maybe I was due for a new actuator. Hooked it up this morning, and nothing happens. Again, I have power to the connector, but it doesn't seem to get to the actuator. I also checked continuity on the hookup and there's no broken wire issue.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Phil
