Looks like all there's left to do is find and order the forks. Probably will go with the ones linked in an previous post from Skid Steer Express.
Wish I could find a comparably cost alternative locally. It's such a pain to try and get coordinated with truck freight when you have a full time job. Have to coordinate the time and then meet the truck with my tractor to lift the forks off the truck. And of course now its dark after work. Don't really have a connection with a loading dock to get it dropped off while I'm at work.
I have friend who works at the local Bobcat dealer, but no word from him on a used set of forks.
