Loader Lifting the bucket is very slow

I have John Deere 5410 tractor. All of a sudden the loader bucker started to rise very slow and I would have to step on the throttle to even get it to move at
a idle. But the dumping motion of the loader works fine no issues. The only problem is lifting the bucket. I have checked the hydraulic fluid and the level is normal.
I don't understand why part of the hydraulics work and other parts of the hydraulics won't work when it all goes through the same directional valve.

Check the quick disconnects on the loader valve. Some times they will pop out, even though they look fully seated.

Take them out one by one and reconnect again. Check if it worked or not.

It may be a failed piston seal too but let's go for the easy and cheap stuff first.

How does the 3pth work under load? Is that overloaded or out of adjustment, robbing you of power?

the 3 pth works fine I lifted a log with it yesterday but now in the winter I don' t have anything connected to it

I checked and i don't have quick disconnects it is all hard piped with some hoses for flex areas. As I mentioned just lifting the bucket is very slow but if I pull the hydraulic joy stick down to lift the bucket and on a 45 degree angle to the side to pivot the bucket at the same time it then lifts faster. So I am thinking the problem might be in the directional valve if that is possible.

That is possible, you might be able to take it apart and clean it/check it. I know there are some springs and small balls in there but have never dug into one.
