3-Point Hitch Lift cover adjustment

Hi all! 1975 MF 40B
Lift cover was removed and overhauled. Everything was rusted and locked up. Does anyone know how to set the adjustments for draft and position control? I’ve had no luck finding the special tools.

If you deliver it to a MF shop it might not cost much to get it adjusted properly.
