Have not seen one of these around my area:

I would pass on it. They have a weak pto gear set up. British made, parts situation problematic. This one does not look like the US sold models. Could be even more of an issue.
No internal over running pto clutch.

There were quite a few sold in the south. I'm not sure about other parts of the country.
