I tried leveling the deck and did OK on the side to side level but the front to rear is giving me fits. I tried loosening the nuts on the rod that holds up the front of the deck and was unable to using a 3/4" open box wrench. I then reverted to a 3/4" deep well scoket on a breaker bar. Still not able to break it loose so I fired up the compressor and got the air gun out and set the pressure to 120 lbs. Still cannot break the nuts loose. Am I doing something wrong or is there a trick to loosening the lock nuts to get at the adjusting nuts.

shouldn't be anything special - sounds as if nuts are rusted in or such. Suggest soaking both of them overnite with yer favorite penetrating oil (PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, etc.). Those nuts are 1/2-13 unc coarse threads - pretty standard. If soaking doesn't work, might try a little propane heat to break them loose. Aim torch right at nut flats. Looking straight on at asm rod/nut, lefty-loosey, righty-tighty.
