How about a Mahindra in action? I've been busy cutting down the fields before winter sets in. I'm only getting a few hours of day to work because the sun is far enough south, the side of my hill isn't getting much direct sunlight (My mountain is steep enough to shade itself). This is a lap of cutting on the lower part of the east field, video was taken about 4PM yesterday:

My 2538 I got about a month ago. So far very impressed with what this little tractor will do.

Well I have put about 30 hrs on it in 4 weeks. piling up brush and bush hogging and leveling a place for that building.

Funny - I don't see it doing much! Sittin' in the shade, sittin' under cover, being a very cool toy!

Is that the trailer you use to haul your tractor? If so, some info- length? Capacity?

It is 18' 7,000 lb with brakes on one axel. If I had it to do over I would have bought a 20' 10,000 lb trailer.

I"m looking at an 18 as the trailer I used for the max will no longer work---

Guys,
Give careful thought on size when buying trailers. Good to make more room and capacity then you need. My 20 foot, 14,000 pound gooseneck was just big enough for my Mahindra and backhoe. Then I bought a grapple and hauling all would over gross the trailer. 5-14-07 ALL Red.jpg
Then I bought a 29 foot dual tandem for more room and capacity. I had plenty of room, until I bought a 9 foot offset disc. 4-6-13 Trailer, Disc, and Big RED Beast.jpg
To haul it and the tractor, I have to unhitch and back the Mahindra over the disc tongue. This is difficult for one person to do, but I figured out how to do it. It does take forever to unload and load. So buy bigger, cause you never know what you will be hauling next year.
hugs, Brandi
