No picture, but my best yard sale tool find was a Kelly Perfect double bit ax. My wife "thought I would like it," so she brought it home. $2

Here are a couple... a dowel jig that I found in an old craftsman radial arm saw base cabinet (my dad's stuff) and a tire iron from my neighbor's picked over tools before I got there for the free stuff.

When my uncle died 5 years ago, my aunt wanted me to have his Delta table saw. Apparently when my uncle left the farm back in 1955 to pursue his carpentry career, my Dad bought him this saw new , as a gift. ($100 at the time)

I've never used it as I have a "newer" one set up but don't think I'll ever part with it.....

Don't think I have ever seen a table saw with a narrow base like that. Sentimental I'm sure. I can't seem to part with my dad's old '63 Craftsman table saw (like it is a '63 vette or something) I haven't fired it up in 15 years but I can't get rid of it either. And I surely don't have the space for the dang thing! It's buried under other misc stuff so I can't take a picture of it. You all would laugh if I did show you it being smothered with god knows what. I found the dowel jig because I remembered there might be a speciality blade in the matching base cabinet for the radial saw.

I haven't posted to this thread in a while, but I packaged this little lot together for $15.00 today.

The vise grips are all original Peterson 10R, 5WR, 4LN and in great shape. Everything there including the Craftsman Handi Cut (wrong blade) is all USA made. The old metal Eagle gas can is clean as a whistle on the inside.

Also in there is a Lincoln 5958 Lubrigun, 1/2" drive Craftsman socket spinner and Stewart Speedy Stitcher complete

^ Jaws in good+ shape, I'd pay $15 for just the Peterson VGs.

A toolaholic friend of mine frequents garage sales and flea markets. (I would never have the patience to do that).

I snapped these pics of two wrenches he found a couple of weekends ago. IMG_2486.JPG

I have many USA made tools (Too many to post). Most I purchased in the early 1970's. A few I bought at yard sales. The Stanley drill press was bought new by my grandfather. I don't know the year but guess it was in the 1930'-40's.
Here's a partial list.

Stanley Type 121 benchtop drill press.
9" & 11" Ford wrenches
Wright Allied 3/8" & 1/2" socket sets
Stillson wrench
Several Ridgid pipe wrenches
Ridgit pop rivet tool
Channel Lock pliers
Large Wilton C Clamps (several)
12" Crescent wrench
Craftsman tool boxes
Craftsman socket and wrench sets from the 70's
Stanley 26" crosscut saw
Ideal and Craftsman wire strippers
Several Vise-Grip pliers
