A local dealer (mostly used equipment) has a new but been laying around L7200 phd for sale for $400 with 6" auger. I've seen posts on 7200, 300, 400 but not listed on Leinbach's web site. Is this a discontinued or obsolete unit? Does anyone know if this is a dependable phd? This does not sound like a bad price. Any opinions?

McGrew usually auctions one or two 7400 per week on their ebay site. Selling price is usually around $350.00. I bought one for $366.00, seems like a nice unit, pretty well made for the price. I think the 7200 is the smaller model for tractors with "limited" CAT 1 hitches. That enables you to move the tractor with the PHD attached and not drag the auger on the ground.
