With LED Work lights drawing so little current would it be possible to connect them to the headlight wires to turn on and off ?

Well they still draw current that is more than the designer of the headlight circuit fusing and headlight wire sizing was designed for. A better solution would be to tap of of the headlight wiring to power the coil of a relay whose contacts will switch the current for a separately fused circuit fro the LED lamps. This way your headlight switch will switch the LED's on also whenever the regular headlights are turned on. The current to activate the relay coil is negligible.

FWIW, be aware that in my personal experience LED work lights, while bright as all get out, don't supply the yellow light the eye needs to best see at night. I throw 180w of LED light out around my tractor and although it is bright, I really cannot see as well as I hoped to because the bright, LED light washes things out due to the lack of yellow light and high contrast.

Yellow LED lights would be better than my 6500 degree calvin LED lights.

The Kubota LED work lights from my dealer are wired to the light feed wires that are hidden at the rear tail lights on our BX tractors. The install instructions from Kubota had me to wire them into the spare bullet connector that is located in the tail light area. This power is switched with the rest of the headlights, but they also had on/off switches in the mount brackets so that you can cut them off if you do not wish for them to be on with the headlights.

^^ This is very good advice. exactly what I would do. Maybe do separate front back switches too if you are putting LEDs in the back and front.

Speaking of LED lights, does anyone have aftermarket LED lights that are standing up to aging well? ie, no rust of metal or UV breakdown of plastic? I bought a little used Kubota B21 that needs better lights.

My eyes work different. I was never happier to see that yellow halogen light gone when I put nice bright white LED's on my big trucks first, then my tractor and Komatsu loader. Not denying what you say, just that some have different tastes I guess.

I'm with you.
I took off the 55W halogens I had on my tractor and replaced them with 27W LEDs a couple years ago.
I can see much better

Whatever1, which tractor do you have? On the L series there is a connector under the left rear fender that switches on and off with the key, designed for the OEM work lights.

Worklight (36W LED) Personally I prefer the whiter light.

Would you have a link to the instructions please.

It was a one page installation instruction sheet from Kubota, not an aftermarket light kit. The lights are a 4 bulb 3 inch round light that I think was 15 watts. And I found the power bullet connectors because it told where to look for them.
