...I'll be in the Owning/Operating forum!

I just plunked down the $ for a new L5740 w/ FEL this afternoon! I am hoping for a Friday delivery. And boy, do I have a mountain of work lined up for it....

Now it is 'time to start accessorising'

Did you get any equipment with it?

Not yet. Priority list is 1) flail mower, 2) box blade, and 3) tiller. I already have a PTO driven post hold digger. By fall, I'll add a log splitter. My immediate needs are mowing, smoothing all the ruts created from moving equipment off the property when land was soup this winter/spring, and tilling a new garden spot. I was also entrigued by a homemade garden hiller that I saw in the attachments forum. I could use one of those, but I don't have the skillz to make one.

Sounds like a pretty good shopping list for future projects.

That's a serious piece of equipment. You're going to love it. Best wishes for years of safe, trouble free enjoyment (er, work).

So what model / size flail mower did you choose? Maybe a picture with it mounted would be informative too.
