I've just about decided that's genetic. After all, most of the good kids seem to have good parents. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Actually I believe it's more about supply and demand. Kids today aren't expected to work, supply, and so they don't, demand.

I work with the worst of the worst. Young lifers ages 15 or 16 to about 35 mostly, max security and the last stop. I've always been amazed at the work we are able to get out of these young people. Menial labor jobs like cleaning toilets and washing dishes at 18 cents an hour. A sincere word of appreciation and some guidance can bring amazing results, along with pride in accomplishment.

Thanks for the info Harv. I will give you a call later this week and try to hook up.

Looks like you need to put Brandon on the payroll. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Good help is hard to find.
