Learning slowly

Hi all just a little into on me wil be souting around trying to learn as much as I can
never been a farmer but love the life on acreage and trying to pick up as much as I can
I was looking at options to bail some pasture hay and was ready to purchase an old International mccormick B64 baler to restore but i'm concernedthat my little tractor will not run it at just 21 hp
it seems there isnt many balers around i can run other than very expensive mini round balers so i might be rethinkingmy options?
