Leaky tire

The Kevlar fibers will repair a side wall hole. It takes a bit of work as the tire needs to be laid on its side. I know, already done this due to the Locust tree thorn punctures in the side wall.
Locust trees are awful. I’ve got plenty plus mesquite.

Tire shop probably won't fix due to a policy of not doing sidewall patches for road vehicles, which myopically extends to off-road, despite there being no reason not to. I would mark the sidewall leak, patch the inside and clean the beads (tire and rim) good and look for gouges or other possible leak sources. If there is a cut or gouge in one of the beads, a dab of bead sealer or rtv just prior to seating it should fix it. Putting a tube in would also be an option.
I've done similar things with varying degrees of success. A tube is generally the final solution if you don't feel like replacing both tire and wheel.

I have had good success with the Gempler product too. Mine are on my Gradall. The pump is on the container.

I have used Tire Ject for at least ten years and it really works. I buy it on Ebay. It is not cheap, but it works. A few years ago I was mowing along a highway and a front tire on my 4 wheel drive tractor hit a bottle. I heard a crack like a 22 bullet going off and liquid sprayed out of my front tire. It sprayed for a few seconds and then sealed off. I mowed the rest of the day and when I got home that night I checked the tire pressure and I had lost about 5 pounds of pressure. I ran the tire about a year before I had any problem. The instructions on the container say that it is good for about two years and also say it is not good for tires with tubes in them but all of my tires have tubes. in them have not had it to fail.

Tire sealant? Except Slime, in my experience it doesn't work all that well. I've had good luck with TireJect. Whatever brand you might go with, be sure to pick the type made for equipment tires rather than highway vehicle tires.
Flatout and Tireseal are both good. I'd have to go out to the barn to see which one I used on one tractor. Also tubes. I have had 14 in tubeless snow tires on the front of my L2250 with tubes in them. The tire shop doesn't recommend it. I remind them my top speed is 12 mph and that I haven't had a problem in over 20 years. Finding a rim for that tractor isn't easy.

My 2002 Kubota L48 developed air leaks in non filled front tires. I took weight off them, remove tubeless tire valve , pumped in 6 oz of SLIME for non TPS fluid, returned valve, air pressure etc. drove around performing projects. Never had any leaks again.

I would put an inner tube in it.

I see that you got it fixed, but if you have trouble again -- here's my "fix" from now on as I've "tried" just about all of them with little or no success.
I too had a slow leaking front tire on my Kubota B20 and had tried several different brands {including a tire shop!} as well as removing the tire, wire brush on drill the wheel, prime/paint, clean bead on tire, apply black liquid rubber around bead and remount -- STILL went down over time! as I don't use the tractor regularly.
SOOO -- I got creative -- circular saw/cut up enough scrap wood to make enough "dust" to almost fill one of those 1 gallon ice cream jugs {the square ones}/added anti-freeze to make it liquid {not too runny, just enough;)} then broke down the tire AGAIN and added what I thought would do the trick.
I have not added air to that tire since -- I wish I had written the date down somewhere -- over two years ago at least.
Talk about cheap -- and it won't rust the rim like "Green Slim" will!
I have now made another "batch" as I have used this stuff {Johnny's MIRACLE tire sealant/final!} and have a couple of friends who "borrow" some which depletes my stash.
"Patent Pending"?:ROFLMAO:
Final comment -- this works in 4-wheelers, SXS's etc. but NOT automotive as it would probably vibrate at higher speeds although in my Yamaha Rhino 660 {top speed is 38 mph} I haven't noticed any.

I had the same issue with my 325 and just put tubes in the tires.

As far as sidewalls I think these screws on Amazon might work since all tire shops are going to say they can't fix sidewall leaks. I used these on my car tire and they really do work just haven't tried on a sidewall yet. I have used Slime on my front tire of my tractor and it worked well for me. Stopped the leak just fine. I used about a quart bottle and it had stopped leaking after an initial first turn while I had the axle lifted and aired up, then dropped it and road it around for an estimate time they recommended. that was a few months ago and no air loss. Goo doesn't usually fix leaks in the bead or sidewall.

Advice for Entertainment use only and for low speed tractor only:

If you have a one off puncture in the tread- Use a tire plug. Important to do the process properly.
1- Use a rasp to clean out the hole.
2- Dip rasp in glue and repeat
3- Insert wick in tool and dip in glue
4- Insert into tire per usual (leaving 1/2 to 3/4 sticking out
5- Cut off excess with razor blade

If you have recurring punctures in the tread - thicker goo is great. Stens has some good stuff - thick white-ish stuff you pumped in the valve stem. Stays runny until it finds the leak and keeps sealing punctures. Toro used same stuff. Don't use the fix a flat for cars - the watery stuff doesn't seem to work well.

If you have a small puncture in sidewall - dismount and patch from inside. Tire shops might not do it, but you can if you feel safe doing it. Or try a tire plug. I saw a guy use 4 plugs in the sidewall of a tire for a on road car in FLA 😱

If you have a large puncture or tear in the sidewall - A big patch may allow you to use a tube to get up and running cheaply.

If you have a leak at bead - dismount and scrape any rust out and wire brush. If rubber bead is in good shape - remove any boogers and apply bearing grease around both beads. Remount. Grease seems to soften the rubber and allows it to seal to imperfections.

2015 Full tire ;) 150.00 Shop remounted them. Not the first complaint. Sidewall also!

Try superglue. I’ve used it to seal car tires that a tire shop wouldn’t touch.
