So next time maybe cable tie a couple of small plastic bags to the entire cluster of stationary QD caps to keep them from getting ripped loose/off.

Take one of the other QD's O-rings to a local auto store, they should have a selection to choose from, or a hydraulic shop or tractor dealer......

Yep lesson learned on the dust caps. I run it down in my land in TN mowing the CRP fields with no problems with the dust caps on. This was my neighbors field up here in PA that I was doing for him. If I do his field again I am just going to leave the FEL on. I tried tying a gallon heavy duty bag around the cluster when the first 2 caps got torn off. Briars tore the bag to shreds.

I'll pull one of the other o-rings like you suggest and buy a bag of them once I match them up.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.......I heard you Sawyer Rob...WD40

Yep, WD40 is also what I use all the time.
I use it B4 and after,
Replacing O-rings is an easy task also.
I also spray my PTO couplers with it both to flush out dirt as well as to lubricate.
A can lives in my tractor tool box.
