Before you take off the loader, make sure the tractor and bucket are on a flat surface. Doesn’t have to be level, just all in the same plane. This will make removing and mounting the loader much easier. In addition, make sure to grease the pins once removed.

I had to remove the left mount shortly after tractor purchase. The mount was loose and wouldn't pull up tight to tractor frame. After removing found that new technician at dealer mounted the loader and forgot/failed to remove the timing inspection cover and bolts. There are 2 sizes of bolts for the mount and there is one of larger size inside the large tube. I used a small floor jack to help balance it in place during R&R.

If that crack doesn't go real close to the o-ring sealing area it could likely be welded. I know I would give it a try. That is likely an expensive line.

$140. Not surprised here.

I have had both the CK30 and a CT230, new. This problem is caused by sympathetic vibrations that cause the hardlines to move quite a bit, eventually causing metal fatigue. I noticed that one day many years ago while off the tractor while it was running. My solution was to zip-tie two lines together with padding in between. If you have this tractor, you want to do this before you get a leak. It sounds like DaeDong's retrofit part uses an additional support to stabilize the line.

As for fixing the crack, brazing works great, since the process burns the oil out of the crack. If MIG welding, you have to cook the crack first, or you will get porosity in the weld. I have done both.

Just curious, what did you zip tie them to?
the stabilizer bars?

I think the new one I will try to use the hanger bracket, but I assume you are talking the the line on the opposite side also cracked on you also?

I thought I had a photo here somewhere, but can't find it.

I tied two lines together. This may not work for all lines.
