Leaking fuel lines by injector pump

Looking for a source for some premade fuel lines that have some kind of fittings on the end. I'll attach a picture which you can see where I tried some black electrical tape but the lines have sun cracked and the rubber hoses are shot. Are these available easily ?

Steve with a FarmPro 2420 and the 2 cyl diesel engine.

BTW... If you can't tell it's the two hoses on the left side of the picture. The upper one has the tape on it.

I guess you don't know about the FarmPro parts website. Hoses here: FarmPro Parts - Item Browser

But from what I've seen, most Chinese tractors use the same (or same type) hoses. Which means there are member dealers here too that I'm sure will be willing to sell you a few hoses. You'll need a few ancillary parts too, probably should order them at the same time. The fittings will have sealing washers, and at least one may have an inline screen.
