Leaking Battery on Boomer

/ Leaking Battery on Boomer #11
Had my TC40D battery problem fixed about 4 months age. I don't know that the problem was an overfilled battery exactly. I think the problem may have been the fan pulling battery fumes through the radiator. My dealer replaced the foam sealer at the base of the radiator, replaced several corroded hoses and removed, inspected and repainted the radiator. He then installed a different battery. It has the same power rating and CCAs. The vents on the new battery are on the side and have vinyl drain hoses that are routed below the radiator to drain just below the front axle. I noticed (and fixed) the problem at 50 hours and now have 110 on the tractor. Have not seen any signs of corrosion since the fix was put in place.
