Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but looking for some help/insight on an issue I have with the Walvoil valve on my BH.
I noticed oil leaking from around the base of the lever for one of the stabilizer legs. There is a plastic “cap” that seems to have a spring behind it and oil leaks out from it when you cycle the lever in either direction.
I have some knowledge of hydraulics and valves - enough to know I don’t want to take something apart and have springs and check balls go flying! I also don’t want to take something apart that isn’t meant to come apart. I figure it’s simply a bad o-ring, but not sure how to go about fixing it.
I have a picture of the info stamped on the valve. I didn’t take a picture of the leak, but I will later today and post as well.
Any help appreciated.
If it helps, this is on a Kioti KB2475L backhoe attached to a CK30HST. Both 2014 models.
