Leak at the control head...

Before I go ripping into my joystick control, I thought I'd run this by you guys. I have a 2000 MF 1246 loader. I have developed a slow hydraulic fluid leak that appears to be coming from between the mounting plate and back of the control assembly plate. I guessing its a bad o-ring...what do you think?

Do you have a schematic or parts breakdown (that you can post) and can point to where you suspect the leak?
