One of the reasons I bought this was for leaf cleanup, my property is like a park, have tons of Oak and Maple and Walnut trees, what does everyone use for leaf vacs?

I bought the Cyclone Rake and the quality is top notch. My impression was that Track Vac was a little lower in quality and price and Agri Fab even lower but they will all probably do the job.

What are you running your cyclone rake on? I was kicking around the idea of putting one on my Kubota BX25 for the fall leaf season. Did you get the duel wheel option or any of the HD hoses? Do you think that they are worth it?

I have the Agri-Fab (Craftsmen). I have gone through two sets of impeller housings and will need to replace the shoot this summer. Sand/dirt blasted holes through the housing and shoot. The unit does a good job of vacuuming up the leaves, but it's getting expensive to replace the same parts continuously. The only good part I guess is that the actual cart is metal and hard top plastic. If it were fabric (which I think is Cyclone is) it would not last too well on my property.

I been looking at the factory Kubota bagger and while it is nice it is pricy. The other draw back is you can't get into the flower beds and such as there is no "estate hose" type of set up.

I have a Sears Monster Vac that I tow behind a Sears 22 hp 42 in lawn tractor. I have maybe 12 BIG oaks and hickory trees on the 2 acres the house sits on. Left alone, leaves would get knee-deep in some areas. The mower is about 8 years old and the Monster Vac is about 6 years old. I bought the monster vac on sale for about $800. The Monster Vac has a fabric top and the plastic bin tilts to dump.

My main complaints are that the hopper gets full fast and it doesn't really dump: you have to pull most of the mulched leaves out of the bin/hopper with a rake or hoe. The engine starts easily every time (I run the gas out of the carb, using fuel shutoff valve, every time I stop work for the day). I've had zero breakages in six years except thorns pierced the thin tires (slow leaks fixed by slime), the big congregated hose developed cracks (taped over), and the fabric top is wearing in spots. Also the mechanism to keep the top closed was't effective. In retrospect, a higher capacity rigid top hopper might be better but the plastic trailer on my vac has all-rounded corners that don't collect debris. Despite all complaints, this vac is infinitely better than dragging leaves off by hand. Raking into a tarp wasn't hard but dragging a full tarp to my bump site was a killer.
I find it best to suck up leaves several times before they get too deep because really deep leaves tend to clog the big hose. My Kioti loader does a great job pushing the many small dumped mulch piles into one compact (but high) mound.
Supplemental: The hopper may get full fast (necessitating frequent trips to my dump zone) but frankly the full hopper is so heavy that it's about all the mower can pull. So the vac's hopper is actually about the right size for my lawn tractor. I have to wonder how those one-wheel vacs must handle with that much weight in them.

I have the Cyclone Rake Commercial Pro on my JD 2320 with 62D deck.I got the hardened fan liner because of sand acorns and rocks. The single wheels seem to be fine but I'm real careful on rough ground. It is a fabric collector which is why it stores so well but it has removable wear patches at critical locations. After the first year I can't see any wear on the fan hoses or fabric.

Cyclone Rake only sells direct. Prices are on line. With accessories I think I was just under $2000.

I'm, the other dealer in the Parma area, I feel it's wrong of you for these statements that you have been left on the site. I do NOT recall ever talking to you. Also I know that other dealers may at time NEED to sell their products that they are paying interest on & therefore they have a great price for purchase. I'm sure that your well aware of how to operate a dealership , that's why you can judge. I will tell you this I have been McCormick's Top selling dealer in the last 2 years in the USA. I suppose that's because of my lack of dealer experience or Sales, ability. I have decades of tractor knowledge & know my competitors product as well as or better then they do. As for Equipment there probably is not much out there that I have not personally used or have had experience with. Thanks for helping out my business & I wish you lick with your product.

Just looking at the online photos, it looks like the hopper won't hold much and the weight of the mulch (so high up) would be a stability problem if there was very much weight in the hopper. The "dump from the seat" feature does look nice and may offset the small hopper size.
