Looks like my old LGT-145. The 5 indicated hyrdo and a 0 meant gear. Mine was a single cylinder 14 HP Kohler. It had a 42" MMM deck with hydraulic lift. Tubular steel frame, and huge cast iron front end. A really fantastic mowing machine. Mine was vintage late 70's. BTW, these machines were built for Ford by another company called Jacobsen. Parts were still available from Ford/NH last I knew.

Looks like a Gilson built for Ford. My Gilson Hydro-16 has the same flip-up rear seat and it was built in 1974. My Gilson has a single cylinder Briggs & Stratton that looks very much like a Kohler. Are you sure the engine is Kohler? I just saw Spencer200s post in your other thread and I agree with him. I sure looks like a Gilson-built to me. Hope this helps.
