Hello all, i found this site while trying to help a customer with his jd l130 300hrs. obvious tranny problem. well i own a small boat/outdoor equipment shop in s illinois and have been in business for 7 years.I can fix about anything and have rebuilt hundreds of engines/hydros pumps etc. and have just started working 2 days a week for a huge golf course with 10 year old equipment. The outdoor equipment repair business is a tuff one and is getting harder because as we all know the new engine designs are nowhere near as good as the old ones, i/e take the new kohler courage engine. I was in tech school when this came out and the teachers were bragging about it being bullet proof,:laughing::laughing::laughing:
Well i will take my old command anyday!! I see so many customers skipping their maintenance and then ending up with bigger problems, cooling fins covered causing heads to mess up etc.. I hope to use this site and be a contributer also so thanks for having me! Tom:thumbsup:
