lawn sweeper

I have a sears lawn sweeper. Its great for this time of year to take care of the fast growing grass clippings. At least it was until one of the wheels locked up. How the heck do you get the wheel off? There is some gearing behind the wheel I assume is busted but I cant even find the way to get the wheel off.

If you have the manual for the sweeper,lots of times the part section gives a pretty hint how to remove and install parts..or visit your locate Sears store.
