largest tractor with a mid PTO?

What's the largest case model either new or discontinued that has s mid PTO offering?

I have a 2011 DX45 that I bought brand new with a FEL, a mid-mount (demo) mower and a mid-PTO kit. The PTO kit was for the Shibaura tractor so I know you could buy a complete kit across the counter then. I think it was about $300. I never installed the PTO because I bought a 72" Ferris mower with the Cat engine so the dealer bought the deck back from me. Great tractor but I want a tractor with a cab. I'm too old to put up with this Michigan weather.

4020 had a 1000rpm mid pto. I'll wager there wasn't one in 10,000 ever used.
