On the Landpride RBT4096 there are up to three hydraulic cylinders. Two are 3.5x16x1.25; offset and angle; (PN 810-126C) and one that is 3x6x1.25 for tilt (PN 810-384C). All are tie rod cylinders.

The question I have is in the parts manual there are two references to the 810-126C one is labeled "Hydraulic Cylinder (810-126C) Cross" and the other "Hydraulic Cylinder (810-126C) Midway". The exploded view of both are the same with the same reference numbers but the Part number and description are very different. There is one instance (Cross) where a clevis pin is labeled an o-ring (ref 16) but that is some other kind of error.

My question if anyone knows, is what are these names cross and midway about? Two cylinders with same part number but different sub names and different internal parts. ???????

What am I missing here?

I believe it means that you have the same cyl, but manufacturer Cross labeled their parts differently than Midway, so if you have a Cross cyl, order parts and reference Cross part numbers. If Midway, use their part numbers.

I thought that might be it but I could not find a Midway manufacturer in my web search only a Cross. On a larger model they have a Red Lion hydraulic cylinder. I could find Red Lion controls but not hydraulics. Is there a Red Lion manufacturer? If so that is the answer.

I had a bit of a head scratching session when I hooked my RBT up for the first time. I found the tilt adjustment to be unmanageably fast. When I got around to trying the offset it took like 15 seconds to go from center to stop and was making unhappy squealing noises. Turns out the dealer had installed the hydraulic flow restrictor on the wrong cylinder. You are going to love the quality of that blade :).
