Thank you Landmark Equipment. I purchased a Mahindra 2525 in 2008. I have had nothing but problems with the tractor since I purchased it. The last straw was when the fuel injector pump went out. I had Landmark come pick up the tractor and take it to the dealer for repairs. The tractor sat at the dealer for quite some time. Jerry (Service Manager) told me that he was having trouble getting the replacement pump from China. After some time I called Bruce Bourland (Sales Manager) and told him that I didn't want the tractor back. After Bruce finagled with Mahindra USA, he was able to get me out of that piece of junk tractor and put me into a 3016 at a real good price. I couldn't be happier with my new tractor and the deal I got through Landmark. Thank you Bruce and Landmark Equipment for making things right.

Sounds like they did a good job for you. I was just looking at their site earlier this morning researching dealers for Takeuchi track loaders. I think I'll stop in there and take a look.

I live in the McKinney area; the parts guys are nice and knowledgable however their markup is tough to swallow. Often I shop around online and get my parts from other dealers and save some $. I have little confidence in their service shop; feel like I'm dealing with used car dealer and have caught them seveal times B-Sing me trying to upsell a service issue. I also have doubt that they even serviced everything when I took my TC35D in for tuneup. No confidence in the back shop. Just my experience!

I purchased my tractor from Landmark and coudn't be happier with the service, both time and completeness of the repair. Jerry has helped me out on several occasions.
