Landini Rex 100 GT power steering

I have a Rex 100 that is losing power steering fluid.there are no external leaks anywhere and the fluid is ending up in the transmission case. is anyone familiar with this problem? I have 2 Rex 100's and the older one also had the same problem but I would like to try and fix it myself this time. [shop that repaired it before closed down]

Do you have any idea what they did? It sounds like you have an internal leak in the connection from the pump, which is normally submerged in the transmission case oil. Can you describe a bit more?

no -I wish I did know what the problem was on the other Rex. I do know this: they did not remove the trans cover or 3 point top link box because the factory paint is still sealed on the bolts. I think the pumps are on the outside -one on the crankshaft and one on the side of the engine. I will try to find which hoses go from the steering to which pump. Thanks.

yes I will. it looks like the Hydraulic bar pressure will have to be checked at various locations.[I was able to get info about the repairs that were carried out on my older Rex] unfortunately it points to a Hyd. piston in the front differential.I want to make sure that is where the problem lies before I tear it down. how many hours do you have on your tractor?

My tractor has 1750 hours it's not that mutch but having an orchard we always have to tight turn at the end of each row so the power steering is always solicitated.
