I got a land scape rake with my tractor purchase and was wondering if one could replace the rake with a blade and use the same hitch assembly? Thanks.

No reason you can't, if you're handy with fabrication.
If you do this conversion, I suggest you look at some rakes and some rear blades...just to ensure the 3PH frame (on your rake) is stout enough to handle the blade.
Either Woods or LandPride (maybe both) offer flip down scraper blades on their heavy duty rakes. Take a look to see how they did it.
