Kubota L5030 Tractor
My Tractor is a Kubota L5030 and shredder is a Land Pride RCF 2060. My problem is with the lifting straps on the shredder (I guess that's what you call them-they are two steel straps that extend from the area of the top link to the frame on either side of the shredder gearbox. My problem is that when the shredder is lowered to the ground, the two straps bend inward. The last set of straps eventually broke from being bent so many times. I replaced them with new ones, and the same thing is happening.

Your top link isn't adjusted correctly. You have it extended too far out. Page 21 of the linked manual.

Not that it should be considered a good solution, but if continuing to have the top link hopelessly out of adjustment, use chain or cable instead of steel straps.

Normally what Land Pride calls the floating top link can absorb several inches, but it does have its limits.

I would just replace them with chains.

I have a 72 inch Land Pride rotary cutter with the two metal straps like you described. I bought it new in 2003 and beat it up pretty good. I've replaced the blades half a dozen times, put on a new stump jumper and gear box. The deck is cracks, welded, and cracked again. Those two metal bars are bent, but they have never broken. I'd just let them be.
