Just getting ready to replace the cutting blades on the RIGHT side of the rotary cutter and realized that the two cutter spindles move in opposite direction to each other, thus balancing the machine. So when replacing the blades on the right side, are the two bolts a standard left hand thread, or is right hand??

You can look at a parts list to see if the blade bolts are all the same part number or some are different. I would expect the blade bolts to all be right handed as there's not really any loosening force on them that depends on the direction of rotation. The nuts are tightened down on to a shoulder on the bolt and the blade pivots on the shoulder.

They are right hand thread both sides. Blades are one side clockwise and the other counter clockwise. Different part numbers.
