La723 on L3940

Does anyone know if the la723 will work on a L3940. Found a good used loader for cheap and was wondering if it will bolt right up on my tractor. What is the difference between the la723 and the la724. Any help is appreciated.

We haven't tried it yet! The 723 fit the 30 series and 724 fits the forty series and there were some chassis changes on the rear end.
