La165 crank no start

So I picked up an la165 for free. Wouldn’t start and would pop fuses because of a ripped wire st the pro. Repaired wire and replaced fuse started and ran great but the front wheels were toed way out, I installed adjustable drag links to correct that. I mowed maybe 1/3 acre heard a pop and the front end was on the ground.inspected and found the front axle split. Started and ran fine to back put to my garage to install the new front axle. Removed the muffler to install the new front axle and now it won’t start. It cranked and backfired and now won’t start and the battery is dead. Of course charging the battery and my jump box which is dead to try to start tomorrow. The only thing related to the engine I removed was the muffler so I’m a little perplexed why it so difficult to start all the sudden. It always fired right up with choke then cut off choke and add throttle

Face it,they only gave it to you because it's rebellious and they were tired of it's tantrums.

Ha yeah but it started so nicely and ran great before. Trying to patiently wait another 16 hours to try and start again. Battery charging and jump box charging
