Hey Guys:

I've been toying with the idea of moving from blue to orange, and got the following quote. Not know much about orange pricing, I was hoping you guys might help me "grade" the pricing:

LA853 Loader
L2232A Quick Coupler
L2240 72" Heavy Duty Round Back Bucket w/Toothbar

$32,760

What say ye?

Regards,
Jay

Diesel Jay,

I think you're going get more HP and a nice cab with Kubota and a good price.

Now that Deere has come out with their 3020 series with factory cab I'm looking to get a 3520 with a FEL and rear mower. It prices at 37,000 something. A little more pricey but the Deere dealer is local and service is great.

Good luck.

I look forward to having a cabbed CUT.

Don't sound bad to me. I got mine a harrisonville a year ago. So far 610 trouble free hours.

Well, I did it -- swapped blue for orange. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Last Friday, I hauled the NH TC40D in, and picked up my new L5030HSTC. The only change was that I opted for the cab antenna/speaker kit instead of the radio, as I'll be installing my own unit. Other than that, she's equipped as I noted.

Here are some pics of her "homecoming." I've put a few hours on it, trying to get acclimated to the different views & controls, but she should get a lot more work this weekend. I can't wait -- who doesn't love new "toys?" /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Later,
Jay

Man, those are SWEET. I mean, I may have to go drool on the one sitting up the road.

I don't need temptations right now.

V E R Y nice. Love the cab.

I didn't add any weights to my tires, no toothbar, and I have R4's. Otherwise, I have everything else identical. Other than having a bad lift cylinder on the right side of the loader when I first got it, all has been well. It ought to really pull with the R1's. I've been pleasantly surprised how well mine has performed with the R4's in sloppy conditions and in snow. The R1's should be even better in those conditions. The cab is the way to go! Good luck!!

Thanks guys -- I appreciate the compliments. I'm still getting used to the reduced visibility vs. my NH, but other than that, the tractor is great. And, I'm really impressed with the LA853 loader vs. the 16LA. It's quite a bit more powerful than what I'm used to.

Regards,
Jay
