Assuming it's gear and 4WD, that's not bad; not a great bargain, but not a rip-off either. If 2WD it's too high. If HST it's a pretty good deal.
There's some high terrain in WY. If your elevation is up around 4000' MSL or higher, you may want to look at a turbocharged tractor. The MX5100 is closest to the L4400 and has a turbocharger. The turbocharger will let the engine deliver full power at altitude.

Thanks Mr Young, as it was quoted,internet, it's a 4400DT-1F 4WD with a 703 Q/A loader and ag tires. I'm fortunate enough to have a couple hundred acres in NE Wyoming. My closest neighbor bought a 30hp Deere and has no issues at our alt. @4850 depending where you are standing.

About a year ago I bought a 2006 carry-over L4400DT 4WD R4 tires w/Rhino loader new with warranty for $18,200. Otherwise I'm not familiar with what a good price would be. I've put 40 hours on mine. Strong, durable tractor, no frills. I don't like the gear drive but am adjusting.
