Working in some heavy brush I must have hit some branches and my fittings on my tilt hydraulic cylinder loosened up. Thought it was broken, went out in garage to take it off and I could unscrew it with my fingers. Tightened it up and it's as good as new. NOW, where is the reservoir that I replace the hydraulic fluid that I lost? Anything I need to be aware of other than making sure the bucket is down and all the pressure is off the cylinders? Do I need genuine Kubota hydraulic fluid? Thanks for your help!

The transmission gear box shares the hydraulic oil in the common trans housing... should hold a bit over 10 gallons...there will be No pressure on the transmission housing, there should be a red plastic cap about 2 inches in diameter, screwed in near where the top link attaches to your tractor. There is either a sight gauge just left of the fixed draw bar in the rear OR you will have a dip stick ....
You can get ANY Kubota compatible Hydraulic Trans oil, at Tractor Supply Attwoods or auto parts store... comes in 2.s gallon and 5 gallon buckets. KennyV
