I would think this is better than an exceptional deal. I see prices of 37,000 plus, just for a basic L 39 with no extra's. 107 hours is minimal to start with

$35K is the going rate for an L39, maybe with the 4-n-1 bucket.

All the other implements come free. 107 hours is nothing on a machine like that.
