L3800 Deal or no deal?

Planning on a purchase next July and starting to do my due diligence. What do you guys think of this package deal from a dealer over in Alabama?

Kubota LA 524 Loader
5FT Bush Hog
5FT Box Blade
18 ft trailer

Cash price of $22,000. I haven't talked to them about financing so I don't know what the financed price would be. They also have just the tractor priced at $19,500.

Check the 3 point for jerky hitch before you buy. May or may not be a concern to you but you should know about it.

Check the 3PH like Murph said. It is hard to say about the price, it is probably not bad but we need to know what kind of implements and trailer. Some package deals come with a junk trailer. Does the loader have a quick attach?

Got a price in ohio for the same tractor and loader setup (4wd and Hydrostat) for $21,895 cash price. Yours looks like a steal.

We have pretty low prices here, but no better than your quote! I'd say that's a very good deal!

I noticed that 2 out of 3 Kubota will take 12% off MSRP if you ask. I tried that with NH and Kioti and they showed me the door
