I seem to be having an issue with my L3710 HST. Over the past year or two the hydraulic power seems to be decreasing. I'm having to keep the rpms higher than I used to, it doesn't climb hills like it used to, I find my self having to put it in "low" rather than "mid". The loader won't lift what it used to - I used to be able to lift the rear end off the ground, now it struggles to lift a bucket full of dirt. Yes, I work it pretty hard, but I've always kept up on fluid/filter changes. It's not like it has happened all of a sudden, just gradual and I'm starting to notice.

I do have a couple small hydro leaks (on my list to fix...you know how that goes  ). Is it possible for that to affect anything?

Could this be my hydro pump wearing out? The tractor has a little over 1200hrs on it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

No thoughts or ideas on this one? Maybe this thread should be in the Hydraulics section?
