I would like to install rear remotes on my L3700. I would like to be able to:
1) adjust the up and down pitch of a rear blade
2) Adjust the up and down angle (one side up a bit more than the other to cut road crowns)
3) possibly angle the blade left to right

What the heck do I need to buy -I am guessing I need 3 spool valve but have no idea the type. what hosed and connections (I am wanting quick attach like the loader of course)

I am not concerned with fabricating mounts for this setup, that is the easy part! Is there some ebay stuff out there or a website that is reasonable.
thanks - I no nothing about hydraulics but can wrench about anything. This seems like a fairly easy project to "build" once I understand the parts and how they work/connect.
Thanks

Teg did a nice write up on his L2800 doing this, In fact I think the link is in his signature line. You might do a search for it.

Little late to the party :cool2::dance1::drink: Guess I missed it the first time around. :p Code54, it took me several readings of other people's projects to understand what's going on with hydraulics. Just keep asking questions, will this valve work for me? or why the heck did you do this?

Some of what I bought in my (signature) thread is not on Surplus Center... also, I would have changed the hose ends to be able to screw straight into the valve spool. Anyway, good luck let us know if you need help.

I learned this too doing mine, you really only need one swivel end per hose in most situations, the other end can often be an NPT thread. Less costly since it's simpler and there's no adapter to go from NPT to 37 degree JIC in my case.

Thanks for the extra info! Had a little change in my plans. I was thinking hard about adding rear remotes to the 3700 but I was still thinking I was underpowered in a lot of ways. My wife and I were talking and she mentioned that maybe a bigger tractor was a better idea.... So we started looking, and I called everyone for 200 miles and ended up finding a new MX5100 with rear remotes already installed, a LOT stronger loader, and a bunch of other features for a good price so we are pulling the trigger and moving up in size.
But, as always, I appreciate everyones input and ideas! Thank you!

I will get photos soon a it arrives. They are expecting to deliver it next week so once it is here I will post something. (I can't wait, I'm like a kid on Xmas)
I will also check the rear hitch and make sure it is smooth as expected and let you know what I find!
