L3600 wont steer forward

tractor will steer Backwards but not forward, pulls hard to the left in forward
belts are on, ties rods look good ..... ?
cannot find the PS fluid reservoir though, not shown in manual

update I found that it uses the same hydraulic fluid as the rest of the systems (loader and 3ph working)
and belt seems a bit lose but no seized pumps

The L2900, L3300, L3600 and L4200 are all in the Same family so many of the things in any of these models will be similar or identical...
and you are right the Hydraulic/Transmission fluid is used in the steering system, You have 2 separate engine driven hydraulic pumps, one for steering and another for all other hydraulic needs.

Use your loader and lift the front of the tractor off the ground, with the engine running can you turn the wheels Full to the left and also to the right?
Then try the same thing With the engine Not running... can you turn the wheels full lock to lock? Is it approximately the same effort in both left and right?
