L3600 w/FEL For Sale

If anybody in the New England area is in the market for a Kubota L3600 w/ FEL, there is one for sale here in Moultonborough, NH.
It is listed as a 1998 GST with 187 hours (I checked the meter)
It has turf tires (big meaty rear tires). Price is listed at $18,000
Tractor appears to be in nice clean shape, appears to have been well loved. If it is indeed a 1998, you sure can't beat 187 hours over 6 years.
If anybody is interested, I am sure I could get more info easily.

Anybody know what this tactor might have sold for new? This seems like a pretty decent price? Think he'd take 15K ? What was the tractor used for? The hours seem really low. What do you think the BH for this would sell for?

My knowledge of Kubota's is not very good, so your questions will hopefully be answered by others.
The tractor is parked in the yard of a local landscape company. I know the owner of this Co. rather well and although he has added many veicles to his fleet, I wasn't aware that he owned a tractor. So I don't know if it his or if it is just in his yard to be sold.
From what I can see from the Manf. website, the L3600 falls under the Grand L series of the 1990's. If I am giving incorrect info, somebody please correct me.
The for sale sign lists the tractor at 36 HP the website lits it as 31 HP @ PTO.
I would be more then happy to call my friend and inquire about who owns the tractor and pass on a name and # to call if anybody has serious interest.
