L35
Like many, my L35 3ph parts are missing, and I've turned a set of the $200 ones into pretzels.
I have an opportunity to pick up a set from a L39 but would like to hear if the parts will fit.
I know the part numbers are different but there are some web refernces indicating they might work.

Anyone have any experience using the L39 parts, particularly the lift arm, on a L35?

Thanks

Answering my own question, in case this info will be of use to others.
I purchased the L39 3 point hitch kit from Kubota.
As far as I can tell it fits the L35 perfectly.
The alignment of all of the mounting points looks good.
The quality of the parts is far better than the aftermarket setup I was using - the arms are thicker, and in general the setup feels nice and solid.
The kits include all the hardware - pins, lock pins, even the brackets that attach to the gearbox (which are already on a L35)
The attached photos show a couple of views, with the arms up and down.

Photo #2, Photo #5

I notice L35 has three holes in the Lifting Rod stirrups on both left and right side. You have adjustment pins in middle holes. I suggest Ring Cotters to secure those pins. Brush or varying pressure on the Lower Links will pull one or the other out, sooner or later. (Nothing is securing the pins in the photos.)

Grand Ls have three holes on the left side and two holes on the right side.

With Grand Ls the top hole is the 'normal' pin position. May or may not be the same on your L35.

If your implements position too high or too low, move the pin. HIGHER HOLE = HIGHER LIFT. See photos.

Nice tractor. I am jealous.

Do not push in reverse with those turnbuckle stabilizers.
Amply strong drawing implements forward. No support pushing in reverse when turnbuckles are slack.
Easily deformed. (Ask me how I know.)

Little bit late, but I swapped L3901 and L3130 three point lift hardware and it works like it should on both machines.

Thanks for feedback. The photos were taken when I first assembled things; your point about the pins has been taken care of.
Your comments bout pushing are interesting; I have turned a set of aftermarket lift arms into pretzels pushing, but didn't hurt the stabilizers. The L39 lift arms are much more robust and I have been back blading without anything looking even slightly stressed.
The L35 is so nice with the backhoe that attaches to the frame - a nice size and really robust.

I was wondering where you bought your L-39 3-Point hitch from. I have the same issue you had and the Kubota L-35 kit is over $1500 from Kubota. I have found the L-39 kit for under $1000.

Thanks,
Zach

I am also interested to know where you purchased the 3 pt. hitch kit.

Thanks

Can you tell where you found a L39 kit for under $1k? I just priced the parts at more than $1400 at Messicks.

Thanks!!

That's because you went through parts and trying to buy all the pieces separately. Unfortunately you didn't ask for Wholegoods (sales department). They sell the 3PT linkage kit through wholegoods for just over $500 list. Call and ask for wholegoods order code: L3961.

From wholegoods price list 2015:
L3961 3-POINT LINKAGE KIT $523.00

I'll make it even easier for you...
