Buying Advice L3400 w/FEL & Woods 7500 Backhoe

I am looking at a 2004 L3400 w/FEL and Woods 7500 backhoe. It has three Gannon buckets for the backhoe, I think they are 10, 14, and 22 inch. Not sure how to measure the buckets, that looks like the inside measurement. It has about 550 hours on it. What would a decent price range be for this? It is a one owner and looks clean other than a dent on the top front of the hood. All fluids and filters were changed at 500 hours.

depends a lot on where your at, etc. but a good ball park would be in the 17,000 to 19,000. range. just a guess though, on my part, its really up to what the seller is asking , and what your willing to pay.

I am in west central Indiana. They are asking 17,900, have come down to 17,500 bottom dollar. Want to add fluid in the tires and modify the FEL bucket to add some chain hooks to it.Looks like I will prob be around the 17,900 mark when finished. Sounds like a "fair deal".

Not a bad deal at all if as you say on owner and clean tractor. That unit will last you a lifetime if you keep up and take care of the maintenance as it requires.

I took the plunge, been using it like mad. Blew a couple of hoses on the back hoe. To be expected I guess on a 7 year old unit. Other than that I like the tractor.
