L3240 w/ LA724 loader price check

Been wanting a new tractor for a while now and have decided on the Kubota L3240 with LA724 loader. Got a couple of quotes over the phone and just want to see if in your opinion the price seems in line for this package.

L3240 with 4WD and FST transmission
R4 tires
LA724 loader with quick attach
72" bucket
$21,500. plus tax

my L3540 was about 2k less but it had a few hrs already on it. Bought it 'as new' from a dealer.

That sounds like its in the right range. I had priced a HST model and it was around 22k to 23k. Can't remember the exact number.

Sounds about right,get the HD round-back bucket.Nice all around tractor.

Price sounds fair - about what I paid for mine in 2007 with GST and HD bucket/cutting edge. Just flipped 300 hrs on mine. Flawless performance. Ask if they'll throw in a set of rear remotes to seal the deal - wish I had got them when I had some leverage during the buying phase.

Called and dickered on price some more and he came down to $20,895 + tax and he agreed to upgrade 72" bucket to the 72" heavy duty round back bucket. I think that's gonna be his best price. Had another local dealer price it and he was 800. higher.

Where in Ms are you located? Might want to try Seal Tractor in Woodville, great people to deal with.

I bought from Barlows in Kentucky -L3240DT with 724 loader,standard 6' QA bucket and filled rear tires for a little under 20 grand delivered. 40 hours on it and am as happy as can be.
