L3240 H / L range lever stuck in LOW

Manual Xmission L3240, H/L lever stuck in Low...can't get it to move no matter speed, neutral, anything.

Anyone care to offer advice for a newby?

If you have a FEL put the fel down with hydraulic pressure, I find this works when I cannot change ranges.
