Dealer said there might be a couple hundred dollars wiggle room.
What's everyone think? Can I do better

That sounds like a very good deal, based on the percentage off MSRP and the fluid filled tires plus delivery.

For reference, I paid $18400 for a L3200 HST with industrial tires and front loader in December. QA bucket would have been $500 more (but I did not get it), bringing the total to $18900.

So in effect, I would have paid $900 more for HST and industrial tires than your price on gear transmission and ag tires. Makes me think you can do better?? At sticker price, HST and industrial tires should cost an extra $1950 over a DT model (4WD). So you're about $1000 higher, seems like.

You didn't say, but I'm assuming your price was for 4WD.

When I was shopping I found no price difference for R1 vs R4 tires, dealers told me same price for either one.

The HST was more expensive, however.

I've always seen a price bump for R4 tires, and it even shows up if you do "build & price" on the Kubota website -- about $650 on the L3200!

I believe prices went up first of the year. So hard to compare what folks paid last year. I paid 15K for my L3800DT w/loader & loaded Ag tires a little over two years ago. It had 14 hours on the meter though.

Yes, there was a year or so left on the warranty, but I wasn't too concerned with that.
