L3200 with Noise from Hydraulics above 100rpm

Anybody come across a hydraulic noise above 1000rpm sounds like fluid being forced through a small hole! All hydraulics seem to work ok. I have changed oil and filter but still same?

Sounds like it is going into "relief",try dropping the three point hitch a little and see if it goes away.
