My L3430 has bunches of power, can I move a mountain?, NO. But I do not expect it to. Is it as powerful as a 5030? No. But I knew it would not be.
we only have about 15 hours on our tractor, we have been able to drag water soaked 18" diameter logs 30 feet long. It must be heavy.
Today I pushed a stump up hill for about 100 feet (it was dug up by a very large excavator) 3-feet in diameter, cut 4 feet above the ground, a large clay mud root ball. This stump would not have fit in the bed of my 8' truck bed.
I just can't believe that 3 hp would make a huge difference. You must expect too much from your tractor.
